If you base it on your blog, people expect lots of new material when they can read what's on your blog for free. And there are so many infertility blogs & message boards out there now. Just do a ton of research on what's already been published (both on paper and on the web), and make sure you have the time to really commit to it. In theory, I think we all want to be published; but in reality, it's so much harder than you expect it to be.
