FIRST BABY PRESENT… YAY!

2008 July 22

Ok… so I got about 30 more minutes of sleep time (after DH went to work) before my doorbell rang. I (reluctently) get up. It’s the mail lady. Holding a giant box. For me.

Wanna know what it was??

….My very first gift from my baby registry!!! My Aunt & Uncle live 12 hours away and have been BEGGING me to tell them what I need for baby. So I finally did my registry and emailed them the link. And of course I was so excited to get this that I had to set it up and take pictures to send with my thank-you email Very Happy It’s the exact one I wanted… I LOVE BABY REGISTRIES!!! hahaha

This is it in catalog.

Here it is reclined for a newborn…

….and here it is upright with the tray on.

The tray comes off with one hand… I love this. I wasn’t sure about it when I put it on the registry… but I LOOOOOOOVE it!

…okay. I’m done gushing about my new highchair. Smile

PS. Don’t you just love my carpet in my apartment?? ( No )

Oh how cool! :) Yay! It’s a great looking high chair too!
By the way, when did you get almost 22 weeks?! lol :)

…LOL Seriously, I have no idea. I looked at DH last night and said…

“I only have 18 weeks left (IF I go right to 40 weeks) … that’s less than half!”

    LOL

Dude…that highchair is the bestest ever.

That’s the one we have for Ivy – it’s been splendid. I love that it straps to a normal chair so that you can adjust it for higher tables.

    Gratz!

OOh. Very nice. I had my first baby present too. A five year keepsake baby book. I was thrilled. When people start buying stuff, It feels real. For me, It also gave me the confidence to think…This baby is really coming!

And nope. I cannot believe that there are only 18 weeks left. What were we doing 18 weeks ago?

    EEEEEEK!

Although i really want this bubs in my arms. The time can’t go fast enough for me! xx

We had the same high chair for my daughter, and it is wonderful. It’s excellent b/c it has all the functions of larger high chairs, but it really does save space. The cover is so easy to wipe clean too which is a major time saver. Good choice!

It looks like a very smart highchair. I always thought that moms should never have to use more than one hand to remove the tray – utter nonsense to do so.

Aren’t we glad we live in a time when someone finally figured that out?? :)

We have that same high chair and love it. It’s really nice to have a high chair that’s portable, too. I wish we’d started using it earlier, because Zoe loves sitting at the table while we ate.

I love this…I didnt know they made highchairs that strap to regular chairs. That is awesome and the fact that it is portable. That makes so much sense…I swear…people are finally getting smarter when it comes to baby stuff :)
