Yup… Baby is doing GREAT and I finally got to hear the sweet sound of my baby’s heart beat. 120bpm… doesn’t that mean BOY? (I know… Old Wives Tale…)
I finally got referred to a new doctor who actually does deliveries… I see him in 2 weeks.
Next exciting thing? Monday is the ultrasound! YAY!! 
I’m finally 13 weeks and my doctor considers me in my 2nd trimester now… !! I am definitely becoming more round as the weeks progress.
Other than that… just working and relaxing… as much as I can before July when DH’s daughter comes for the summer. I’ve already got us signed up for her very first swimming lessons and she is EXCITED! (she’s 3 yrs old).
Anyways… I’m at work and I better go do actual work.

My daughter’s heart rate was always in what is traditionally thought of as the “boy range”. However, these babies seem to fit the old wives tale for girls. So…you never know.
Yay! Its so cool that we are hitting our dates together! How do you feel about being in 2nd tri? I thought that my worries would melt by now, but i still panic at every twinge.
Won’t be long, and we will be feeling them MOVE!! how cool will that be?!
I’m so relieved to be in the second trimester…. but I will admit my fears won’t stop until the 3rd trimester.
I know… I can’t wait until I can feel this little one kicking… I think that will make me feel sooo much better.

Congrats on the 2nd trimester! And, yeah, your worries won’t stop! I am a few weeks from the third and they are still here…someone told me it’s training for being a mom! LOL
Although, the kicks (and sometimes kung foo action) do help bring calmness to the mind.
Yeah for the 2nd trimester! My 3 girls HB’s were over 160 and my son hung out in the 130-140’s…so maybe it is a boy!
