The mood swings and the hot flashes were killer. We even tried IVF once without success. With PCOS, it seemed I would never ovulate and when I did, it just wasn't happening. I'm sure you have gotten tons of advice from those who have "been there." But if your interested, send me an email and I can at least tell you what ended up working for me.
