- Metformin 500mg (still 2 more to take throughout the day…)
- Multi-Vitamin
- Low-Dose Aspirin
- Folic Acid
- and Midol (for my cramps….)

Yep. That’s just about what my little pile looks like. I do a fish oil capsule and two more of those honkin’ metformins. And I always do it all at once. No sense in dragging it out…
I used to do all of my metformin all at once. But then my doc flipped out when I said I did that. Whoops. Apparently I need a little bit of it all day long… who knew?
