yay! something else to throw my money at!

Well, I’m going to buy a new vehicle. So long as the bank thinks it’s a good idea….

I should know by the end of the week.

So far my choices are (in no particular order):

  • ‘07 Dodge Nitro
  • ‘07 Jeep Liberty
  • ‘07 Dodge Avenger

I’m pretty excited about the prospect of having a new vehicle. Right now I’m driving an ‘05 Dodge Grand Caravan. And it’s horrible. I have it in for warranty work every 2-3 months. I’m friggin’ sick of it. So…. my friend who just happens to work at the Dodge dealership here, is working on finding me something good. Hopefully I should know something more by tomorrow afternoon.

What do you think I should buy??

It looks like you’re going Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge cause you have a friend working there. Out of those choices I’d totally go with the Jeep.

However, given my choice, I’d go import again. I love my honda – and toyotas I’ve driven have been almost as awesome.

Actually, it’s because that’s where I got my van. And they’re trying to fix the fuck up they made when they sold it to me. Plus, my friend is there and she’s taking care of me. :)

And I agree… your Honda is totally P.I.M.P. Wanna trade me for my van??? :)

    I like it thanks.

Get a jeep and I might consider it.

Ok, I wouldn’t actually consider it, but I might pretend to.

    Good luck though.

Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge are consistently rated worse in design quality and durability than GM, Ford, Honda… How about a new Pontiac Solstice? Or a Mini Cooper? A Jetta?

Front ends on Dodge vehicles stink. I have no idea why I have to replace tie rods on my dodge vehicles 3-4 times before I have to change them on my chevy once?.
